Monthly Fees
A Monthly Fee includes the costs of operations, maintenance, utilities, insurance, real-estate taxes, and payments on your share of the mortgage as well as reserves for operations, repairs, and replacements. |
The following is a list of covered services and amenities:
All utilities including water, sewer, gas, trash removal and recycling are covered within the monthly fees. Telephone, cable, Internet, personal property insurance, and electricity are left to the member because in some cases various levels of service are available. |
